Shipping policy

It is our goal to ship your packages in a timely manner. Packages are shipped within 48  business hours after your order is confirmed through USPS or Fedex. Once your packages has been shipped, a valid tracking number will be emailed to you. You may track your package on USPS.com or Fedx-Ex. We apologize, but we are not responsible for lost packages. 

If we track your package and show that it has been delivered or is still in transit,and you have not received your package we will file a claim on your behalf. Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks or more for a response from USPS or Fed-Ex.
